Thank you for your interest in being a part of our fundraising efforts for our church as vendor at the 2025 Mont Belvieu Methodist Church Spring Market Festival. We are looking forward to working with you to provide a fun and successful event for our community. In addition to our vendor event, we will also have ministry booths, music, inflatables, food trucks, photo opportunities, children's activities, games, and so much more!
Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee your space. We have limited spaces for each business type, and we will be including ministry and class booths for activies and information. We will let you know if you been approved.
VENDOR INFORMATION:
All vendors and items must be family friendly.
Each vendor will pay a booth fee. Classes and ministries of MBMC will have free booth space.
You will need to provide your own tent, tables, and chairs (no electricity available).
All booths must stay intact and open for the duration of the event. Please do not break down your booth before 2:00pm.
NON-REUNFDABLE BOOTH SPACE:
- Single Booth 10ft x 20ft (one business only) - $50
- Double Booth 20ft x 20ft (one business only) - $100
- MBMC Class/Ministry Booth - Free
Payments Accepted - Online payments only.
Note - Please wait until your application has been approved to make your payment. Details will be sent via email. All payments are due by March 1, and ALL money is non-refundable.
